Shipping and Return Policy

BTL Distributors Policies


New Accounts:

All new accounts will go through a thorough credit check. The approval process may take up to 10 days to register as a new BTL customer online. Approved customers will get permission to view prices and place orders online.


Items sold on are sold in cases. Please contact BTL if you want to order in different quantities.

All orders must total a minimum or $300 worth or products. Special deals may only by thirty percent of the order. Orders exclusively from items on special will disregarded.

Shipping and Handling:

A $8.95 shipping and handling charge will be applied to all orders shipped with BTL delivery service. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges if order is shipped with an external carrier.



Please follow our guidelines when returning goods.

  1. Contact BTL Distributors within 3 days of your order delivery.
  2. BTL will inspect the goods and send you a signed authorization form.
  3. Prepare goods and signed authorization form for shipping or pickup.
  4. Return with BTL Driver upon receiving your next order. (Customer is responsible to arrange and pay for shipping if it is not being returned with a BTL truck.)
  5. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns that are not a result of an error made by BTL Distributors.
  6. Items returned after six months of order delivery will not be accepted.

If guidelines are not met BTL Distributors may not accept the returned goods and the customer will not be refunded or receive a future credit.
